Facilities & Resources
The location of UA's School of Natural Resources in the desert Southwest provides a wealth of opportunities to enhance our understanding of issues relevant to natural resource management of semi-arid environments undergoing rapid population growth. Faculty and students take advantage of the diversity of the Southwestern landscape to study everything from fisheries in the Gulf of California to invasive species in the desert grasslands to endangered species on high mountain, sky island forests. The school also home to advanced analytical, field and laboratory tools. Special equipment and facilities are described below.
