Sky Island Alliance Conservation Assistant Position Opening

"Founded in 1991, Sky Island Alliance is a leading regional conservation organization dedicated exclusively to the preservation and restoration of native biological diversity in the Sky Island region of the southwestern United States and northwestern Mexico. The current staff of fourteen work across five program areas in four states and in two countries with a budget of approximately $1 million to achieve the organization’s ambitious conservation goals.


Udall Foundation Scholarships Available

The Udall Foundation will award 80 scholarships in 2012 to current sophomores and juniors pursuing careers related to the environment, tribal public policy, or Native American health care. Benefits include up to $5,000 for educational expenses, a chance to meet other student leaders from around the country at the Udall Scholar Orientation, and access to an extensive alumni network.
