Tuition And Fees Scholarships - Deadline April 30, 2008
The School of Natural Resources has received an allocation of scholarship funds from the Graduate College, to be distributed, based on merit, to graduate students to defray the costs of attending school. These funds can be applied only to either out-of-state tuition (if you are a non-resident without an assistantship) or registration fees. These scholarships have no unit requirements associated with them. However, if you apply for funds and have an assistantship, you will be required to meet the unit requirement associated with your assistantship.
I invite you to apply for funds by Wednesday, April 30, 2008, by submitting
(1) an application (available at http://www.snr.arizona.edu/academic/grad/funding) and
(2) submitting a letter of recommendation from your major advisor.
It is particularly important that you anticipate how many units in which you will enroll-we don't want to allocate more money than you will owe because we'll lose the extra cash!
Please have your advisor sign your application, verifying to the best of his or her knowledge, that you are being funded as indicated.
