Jennifer Davison is selected for a Southern Arizona Environmental Management Society scholarship.

Congratulations to Jennifer Davison, who was selected by the Southern Arizona Environmental Management Society (SAEMS) to receive a scholarship for the 2008-2009 school year. She was awarded the half ride scholarship of $2750.00. Jennifer will have the opportunity to to meet the SAEMS membership at their Annual Meeting next month.

Jennifer was also recently awarded a Graduate and Professional Student Council Travel Grant for $500.00, to support her travel to the Ecological Society of America's annual meeting. Jennifer's work centers on developing and improving conceptual models for detecting, diagnosing and explaining disturbance along gradients of woody plant cover.
