SNR PhD candidate Jason Field co-authors new paper for Special Issue of Geomorphology on Wind Erosion

Jason Field obtained key data on wind erosion rates in semiarid grassland that is part of a new synthesis paper just published in Geomorphology, by Jason, Dave Breshears, and others.  The paper presents a new conceptual framework for how wind erosion varies across ecosystems ranging from grassland through forest and how rates change with disturbance.  The paper is part of a special issue on Wind Erosion Measurement from the most recent International Conference on Aeolian Research.
