My dissertation work involved comparing population genetic parameters between geminate species pairs of freshwater fishes in the southeastern U.S. (Fundulus nottii/F. escambiae and Ammocrypta beanii/A. bifascia).  I documented no predictable pattern of change in Fst, heterozygosity, or isolation by distance attributable to the speciation process.

Currently, I am working on projects involving snails, masked bobwhites, and Apache trout.
