Curriculum Vitae:

I am an aquatic ecologist, with special interest in ecology of streams, stream benthic invertebrates, and habitat requirements of native fishes. I study the application of evolutionary theory to understand ecological phenomena, especially population regulation in mobile animals that show spacing behavior. I also serve as Associate Director for SNRE, with special emphasis on faculty development, curriculum development, advising, and instructional quality.
