Conflict Resolution in Alaska: From Theory to Practice

In the seventeen years since the Exxon Valdez oil spill, Prince William Sound has experienced numerous changes.
 
The spill itself impacted and disrupted the resources and human services in the sound. For example, recreation and tourism services were redistributed from oil impacted areas of the sound to areas that had previously experienced little use.
